Today : 
Woke up at bloody 8am today , and my mom woke me up as if an earthquake is going to strike anytime . LOL . Doctors appointment at health promotion board , and i lost weight .. surprisingly ! Hahah . After that , breakfast at TiongBahru and headed out to Johor for the whole day ; just got back home .

I'm so going to continue exercising tomorrow , ate fucking loads of food this past 2 days T.T . I don't wanna gain back the weight again -.- .
